The following provisions establish the general conditions of sale (the "General Conditions") of the products offered by Atelier Camille on its website www.ateliercamille.com (the "Site"). Atelier Camille is a SARL registered with the RCS of Paris under number 807 394 457. Camille TEMPLIER is its manager. Atelier Camille can be contacted: By post, 32 rue Cassette - 75006 PARIS By email: firstname.lastname@example.org or via the contact form. For the purposes of the present contract, it is agreed that the user of the Site (the "User") and Atelier Camille will be collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually referred to as the "Party", and that the User who has validated an order will then be referred to as the "Buyer". Any order for a product offered on the Site implies consultation and express acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, without this acceptance being conditional upon a handwritten signature by the User. In application of article 1369-5 of the French Civil Code, electronic contract validation is based on the "double-click" principle, whereby the on-line purchaser can check the details of his/her order and its total price, in order to correct any errors, and then confirm his/her order to express his/her acceptance.
Article 1. Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the mutual rights and obligations of the Parties, and the various stages of the order process, exclusively for the purposes of the relationship they establish on the Internet. In the event of a breach of any of these terms and conditions, such breach shall be deemed to be governed by current practice in the distance selling sector for companies having their registered office in France.

Atelier Camille cannot be held responsible for any failure to comply with the legislation of another country to which the Products are delivered, which it is the responsibility of the Buyer to check. The Buyer is solely responsible for the choice of Products, their conservation and their use.
Article 3. Prices
