Terms of Sales

Preamble

The following provisions establish the general conditions of sale (the “General Conditions”) of the products offered by Atelier Camille on its website. www.ateliercamille.com (the “Site”). Atelier Camille is an SARL registered with the Paris RCS under number 807 394 457. Camille TEMPLIER is the manager. For the application of these terms, it is agreed that the user of the Site (the “User”) and Atelier Camille will be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually referred to as the “Party”, and that the User having validated an order will be then called “Buyer”. The rights and obligations of the User necessarily apply to the Buyer. The User who would like to purchase on the Site declares to have full legal capacity. Any order for a product offered on the Site requires consultation and express acceptance of the General Conditions, without however this acceptance being conditioned by a handwritten signature of the User. In application of article 1369-5 of the civil code, the validation of the electronic contract is done according to the principle of “double-click” by which the online buyer can check the details of his order and its total price initially. time in order to be able to correct any errors, then to confirm your order to express your acceptance.

Article 1: object

These General Conditions aim to define, exclusively because of the relationships they establish on the Internet, the rights and reciprocal obligations of the Parties as well as the different stages of the order process. If a condition were to be missing, it would be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector of companies having their head office in France.

Article 2. Products

The products offered for sale by Atelier Camille (the “Products”) are those which appear on the site www.ateliercamille.com . The Products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs and texts illustrating the Products attempt to describe their essential characteristics as precisely as possible. The Products comply with the regulations in force in France. Atelier Camille cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of another country in which the products are delivered, which it is up to the Buyer to verify. The Buyer is solely responsible for the choice of Products, their conservation and their use.

Article 3. Price

Prices are indicated in Euros, all taxes included, excluding customs fees and other taxes. Customs fees and other taxes must be paid by the Customer directly to the carrier . They take into account possible reductions as well as VAT, applicable on the day of the order. The prices indicated do not take into account shipping costs which will be invoiced in addition and will be specified to the customer upon final validation of their order.

Validity period of the offer and price: prices are indicated for a period of 6 months and Atelier Camille reserves the right to modify its prices in the event of promotions or sales for example. The Products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is placed. The Products remain the property of Atelier Camille until full payment of the price. In the event of non-payment by the Buyer of all or part of the order price, Atelier Camille reserves, until full payment, a right of ownership over the products sold, allowing it to regain possession of said products by any means. .

Article 4. Rights of withdrawal – Refunds and returns

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the non-professional Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Order to exercise your right of withdrawal from Atelier Camille.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised either by logging into your customer account in the “Orders” section, or by downloading and printing the returns form available in the “Returns & delivery” tab.

The right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty.

The Customer returns the Order, without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen (14) days following communication of their decision to withdraw in accordance with article L. 221-21 of the Consumer Code.

Beyond this period of fourteen (14) days, the sale is firm and final. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed. To make a return, the Customer must follow the procedure indicated on the return form downloaded from the site.

The return of Products is the responsibility of the Customer and is done at their own risk.

Reimbursement of the Order by Atelier Camille is made no later than five (5) days from the date of receipt of the return in its offices.

Atelier Camille makes the reimbursement using the same means of payment as that which was used to pay for the Order, unless expressly agreed by the Customer to use another. Atelier Camille cannot be responsible for reimbursement on an expired payment method.

The refund of an order paid with a gift card or a credit will be automatically refunded in credit.

If the Customer fails to comply with these General Terms and Conditions, Atelier Camille will not be able to reimburse the Products concerned. In all cases, return costs are the responsibility of Atelier Camille if the Product delivered to the Customer is different from the Product ordered or if it is delivered damaged.
