The following provisions are establishing the general terms and conditions of sales( known as “the general terms”) of the products that are on sold by Atelier Camille on its website www.ateliercamille.com(the “website”). Atelier Camille is Private Limited Liability (SARL) registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 807 394 457. Camille TEMPLIER is the manager. Article 1. Object

For the purpose of this agreement, it is agreed that the user of the website (the “user”) and Atelier Camille will be collectively referred to as the “parties” and individually referred to as the “party”, and once the User’s order validate will be referred to as the “Buyer”. The rights and conditions of the user are necessarily applicable to the buyer.

The user who is willing to buy on the website declares having full legal capacity. Any order made on the website suggests the express acceptance and knowledge of the General conditions, thus this acceptance is not conditioned by a handwritten signature of the User.

By application of the Article 1369-5 of the French Civil Code, the validation of the electronic contract according to the principle of the “double-click” by which the online buyer can verify the details of its order and its total price so as to be able to correct any errors, and then confirm its order so as to express its acceptance.

Article 2. Products 

These general conditions aim to define, exclusively because of the relations they establish on the Internet network, the mutual rights and obligations of the Parties as well as the different steps to the ordering process. If a condition were to be missing, it would be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector of companies having their registered office in France.

The products offered for sale by Atelier Camille (“Products”) are those on the website www.ateliercamille.com. The products are those described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. The pictures and texts that illustrating the Products tend to describe the essential characteristics as accurately as possible. The Products comply with the regulations in force in France. Atelier Camille’s responsibility cannot be engaged in case of non-respect of the legislation of another country in which the products are delivered, which it is up to the Buyer to check. The Buyer is solely responsible for the choice of the Products, their conservation and their use.

Article 3. Price

The prices are indicated in Euros including all taxes but excluding any customs duties and other taxes. Certain countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional charges (duties, taxes) upon reception depending upon the legislation of their country.
Prices take into account possible reductions as well as the V.A.T., applicable to the day of the order. The prices indicated do not take into account the carriage costs which will be invoiced in addition and will be specified to the customer at the time of the final validation of his order. Period of validity of the offer and the price: the prices are indicated for a period of 6 months and Atelier Camille reserves the right to modify its prices in case of promotions or sales for example. The Products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the recording of the order. The Products remain the property of Atelier Camille until full payment of the price. In case of non-payment by the Buyer of all or part of the price of the order, Atelier Camille reserves, until the complete payment, a property right on the sold products, allowing him to take back possession of the said products by any means.

Article 4. Returns & Refunds

Any non-professional customer could use its withdrawal right during a period of fourteen (14) days from the Delivery.

In such case, the client must fill the return form available in it personal account in the orders section or on the “Returns and Delivery” page.

The products must be returned to Atelier Camille within 14 days from the delivery. After such 14 days, the sale is final. The products shall be returned with its original packaging, with the original labels attached, brand new, without having used it or washed it.

Return of the product(s) is the responsibility of the customer and is at its own risk.

The expenses of returning the product are covered by Atelier Camille if the product delivered is damaged or different from the product ordered.

If the client does not adhere to these terms and conditions, including conditions of return or exchange, Atelier Camille cannot proceed to refund the products in question.

A refund by Atelier Camille for the order returned is made within 14 days by the communication by the client of the withdrawal right, subject to the receipt of the Products and its excellent condition.

Repayment will be made through the same payment means used to pay the Order. If the payment means is expired, the Client shall contact the customer service to update the payment means. Atelier Camille can not be liable if the repayment is made on an expired payment means.

The repayment of an order paid by gift card or a voucher will always be by voucher.
